North American Workplace Democracy Movement Growing
As much corporate culture is exposed as anti-citizens, as well as anti worker, a new workplace democracy movement is growing. Following successful inaugural conferences in 2002, more is scheduled in 2003. The Midwest Worker Co-operative conference will take place in Madison, Wisconsin in April and the second Eastern Conference on Workplace Democracy is planned for July in Amherst, Mass.
